Briefing's tech calendar now show earnings release before the bell on 3/9, meaning today. We'll see. Patents are good, but many tech companies have them and anything covered would already have long since been incorporated into shipping products. That is, the patent doesn't enable Segue to do anyhing they're not already doing. It's not clear what, other than PR value, the granting of one patent will bring to the company's ongoing operations. It is an asset to be counted if and when the company becomes an acquisition (note I'm not starting a rumor!). I'm still waiting for the earnings report.
