Thanks Savant, I called their Investor Relations
office a couple of weeks ago and they didn't seem to want
to think about the details of the conversion/IPO yet. In all fairness, it sounded like a very busy day for them and the prevailing sentiment was that there were too many more pressing things that had to happen before the IPO (I asked them about a time-frame too).
