Took back inventory - accounting issue, stock fell, share holder lawsuit, delisted - but continued to trade OTCBB (pinks), settled suit, shares to be distributed in a couple of months, CEO was technical not financial, Sprint & 2 original VC's ponyed up more money last summer, Sprint put 2 people on board and has power over sale of company. They have filed for NASDAQ relisting, there are rumors of 300mil Sprint order and partial equity position (or worse buyout) by LU, NT or CSCO. Check RB HYBR board - up to 4700+ posts since April.
