Recent STOCKWINNERS.com Daily Stock Picks Average Short-Term Gain of Forty Percent

BIRMINGHAM, Ala., Mar 9, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Equity picks featured in

Taiwan United Micro Feb Sales NT$6.33B Vs NT$2.1B Yr Ago
TAIPEI (Dow Jones)--United Microelectronics Corp. (Q.UME) saw sales surge in February to NT$6.33 billion ($1=NT$30.758) from NT$2.10 billion a year previously, Taiwan's number two chipmaker said Thursday.
Accumulated sales for the first two months of the year amounted to NT$12.42 billion, up from NT$4.32 billion during the same period in 1999.

Most listed companies are required to disclose their February sales figures by March 10.

Taiwan's Winbond Electronics Feb Sales Up 30% At NT$2.21B
TAIPEI (Dow Jones)--Winbond Electronics Corp. (Q.WBE) posted a 30% rise in sales during February to NT$2.88 billion ($1=NT$30.758) from NT$2.21 billion a year previously, the chipmaker said Thursday.
Accumulated sales for the first two months of the year amounted to NT$6.42 billion, up 50% from NT$4.29 billion during the same period in 1999.

Most local listed companies are required to disclose their February sales figures by March 10
