Walter, I'm taking it from a couple of different views. Liquidity, as a serious investor I can pick up some serious shares of AOT and unload them more quickly if need be. CDU will need to continue financing for further drill programs. If initial drilling is good but not great, this financing may occur at lower share prices, thus further dilution. Ascot has first dibs on all future financing and can maintain their 47% interest in CDU. I think Kaiser's info is also an interesting element. Good investing, Qd
