RESEACH ALERT - Globalstar, NEXTLINK, Loral cut NEW YORK, March 9 (Reuters) - CIBC World Markets said it cut its ratings on three telecommunications companies, downgrading Globalstar Telecommunications Ltd. <GSTRF.O> to hold from buy and its 18-month price target to $15 from $32 a share, a market source said on Thursday. -- CIBC cut NEXTLINK Communications Inc. <NXLK.O> to buy from strong buy, source said. -- Loral Space & Communications Ltd <LOR.N> lowered to hold from buy, source said.
