Wayne, I saw this too. I'm not aware of the content of these "rules". Some "suitability checklist" perhaps. Scary. I do think the daytrading firms should be expected to disclose the risks, and statistics on how their clients fare without giving away any personal information might even be appropriate. And they ought not to be able to make false statements about being on an equal footing with the MMs. It's not true, and everyone who succeeds in this game knows it. But people ought to be able to make an informed decision for themselves on how much risk they want to take. For some of us, the risk found elsewhere could be much higher. Dan
