I believe many thought CREE would be making an announcement regarding the SPO proceeds immediately after it came to market. However, I think Neal Hunter has explained (and I can't remember when or where) that one of the motivating factors for doing the SPO in January was because of the temporary lull in IPOs and SPOs at that time. This explained why CREE announced its Q2 and SPO registration so soon after January 1. So, I don't know if there will be any "blockbuster" announcements related specifically to the SPO. Good luck. Jon
