SLSUSMA,

I want you to know that I feel personally insulted when you use the corrupted "ECRP" instead of the proper designation, EGRP. This is the EGRP discussion board, and I am a part owner in this company, thus your term offends me. However, what I also feel very insulted by is your constant use of the derogatory term "E-Groupies". I find your use of this term, and especially the tone in which you use it, demeaning to my person. The appropriate term for myself and many others who read and use this board is "shareowner". Please help to maintain civil discourse by expressing your views in a non-combatitive manner, especially with regards your habitual use of derogatory terms and abusive tones. I personally believe that there is plenty of room for every point of view in the known universe, but hardly time or space left for any form of encroachment against a person's right to the preservation of their dignity. Please consider this request, as you could do much to change your language habits, and thereby improve the overall tone of this board for the benefit of all.

Thanks, and best of luck in all that you do...
