the southwest, which is basically a hell hole.....It really is a fitting place for nuclear tests......

LOL!! I think you'd find that the majority of people who live in that "hell hole", including yours truly (not far from Yucca Mt. and Area 51 in Nevada), would consider Washington DC to be the ideal locale for nuclear testing. It's already thoroughly polluted by "hot" air and "waste". LOL!!
