No, you can't even file suit since there is no body of law to support your claim.

Anyway, away from this nonsense and back to business. Here is a PR for Genetic Anomalies. A revenue source I had not considered, farm out their services. Duh!!!

Activision Teams With Genetic Anomalies To Take Strategy Gamers To
Space And Beyond In Star Trek(R)/ ConQuest Online First Star Trek
Online Game Set to Ship this Spring

SANTA MONICA, Calif., March 8 /PRNewswire/ via NewsEdge Corporation -- Strategy
gamers and Trekkers will travel to the Internet and beyond when Activision, Inc. (Nasdaq: ATVI)
unveils Star Trek: ConQuest Online, the first online-only game set in the Star Trek universe, this
spring. The game will deliver the characters, ships and weapons from the Star Trek: The Next
Generation(R) world to the PC in a strategic race to rule the galaxy.

Star Trek: ConQuest Online is a turn-based strategy game that challenges players to outwit another
opponent in an interstellar game of cat and mouse. The game is being developed by Genetic
Anomalies, the talent behind the highly acclaimed online collectible pieces game, Chron X(TM). The
team is creating Star Trek: ConQuest Online as the base for an online world that will ultimately
include pieces from the entire Star Trek universe.

"Star Trek: ConQuest Online represents a whole new experience for gamers and Star Trek fans
alike," says Mitch Lasky, executive vice president, Activision Studios. "The organic nature of the
online gaming experience, combined with the depth of content present in the Star Trek universe,
promise to deliver compelling scenarios and endless strategies for players to pursue."

In Star Trek: ConQuest Online, gamers assume the role of a Q, an all-powerful being who is
anxious to reign most clever amongst a bevy of other Qs. By utilizing collectible pieces from Star
Trek: The Next Generation, the player manipulates the galaxy, hoping to outwit the competition and
emerge victorious.

Players start off with a pre-determined set of pieces, constructed from a group of more than 150
characters, weapons and ships, each with varying abilities and value. Each player uses their pieces
to gain control of the planets in their quadrant, as well as to attack and fend off their opponent's
pieces. A player wins by seizing control of the challenger's home planet and capturing their Q or by
holding off their opponent for long enough to win by racking up points.

During each turn, the player "deploys" a piece, or a combination of pieces in an attempt to gain
advantage over their opponent. Types of pieces in the game include: character pieces (like Picard
and Riker), ship pieces (like the U.S.S. Enterprise and a Borg Cube), and weapon pieces (like
phasers and Bat'leths). Control points increase as players strategically combine available pieces into
sets of the same type. Players can add to their arsenal by purchasing additional pieces (at stores or
via download), or by trading pieces with other players. These "virtual game pieces" are collectible
and have real monetary value. Genetic Anomalies' patented Collectible Bits(TM) technology
ensures secure and safe ownership.

Gamers who would like to check out Star Trek: ConQuest Online before purchasing it can
download a free demo from the Internet. The full game will be available at retail stores for $29.99
and will include online registration (required for tournaments and rankings, as well as to trade
pieces), special bonus pieces, the game manual, additional art on the CD and one special game
piece that is only available at retail. The game can also be purchased online with all of the retail
components, except the special game piece.

Minimum system requirements include a Pentium 90 with 16 MB Ram, Windows(R) 95/98,
Windows NT 4.0, 800 x 600 display with 8-bit color and an Internet connection. Star Trek:
ConQuest Online will be rated "E" for everyone.
