I use NDB. It's impossible to reach them on the phone. Lately. if I want to buy a stock or talk to customer service on the phone, I can wait on hold for an hour and they will never pick up the phone. They do not even return e-mails or phone messages.

I also think their executions are poor. I'll buy at the market and my cost is higher than the ask.

Also, back in the days it was possible to call customer service, people there were rude.

Based on my experience, I obviously do not recommend NDB. I am looking for another broker myself.
