That requires a complex answer. It's basically an Artificial Intelligence Model that utilizes Chaos to find Order.

In essence it's a computer model that takes your inputs and looks at history to see what has happened in the past when the variables lined up in such and such a manner. Then it predicts off history.

I don't find it especially great myself, but I do run NN models each night, just in case I find something that can satisfy my requirements.

Caveat? I've been doing it for almost 2 years. I haven't been pleasantly surprised as yet. Perhaps it's me; other people seem happy with them.
