Yea, well look at what happened to SETO once they started getting verbal. Rumored but unsubstantiated that NITE was caught holding a 3M share short position in that one and had only been able to cover 1M of it as of yesterday. All the signs were there - bid & ask locking often, people unable to get buy orders filled even when placed above the ask etc. Same situation is supposed to exist in DRYD, I've seen some huge blocks being traded in that the past few days. Once those guys get this name and symbol change thing completed this month that's liable to be an interesting situation too.
