Agree Many people do not realize the amount of money that can be made from selling to the Medical Industry. Everyone knows that Doctors are Rich! The buying power in this segment industry is huge! This is an excellent business plan and I love the acquisition of the inter-net techies. That move validates their commitments to the electronic transactions products. I for one work in this business... My job includes verifying insurance, billing insurance, calling insurance for money, begging insurance for money, etc... If EMED did nothing else right except continue to develop the B2B Insurance filing technology, they will CLEAN HOUSE !! That accomplishment alone will put its hands on loads of cash... I'm not talking about the "tiny" profits from selling the service... I'm talking about the positioning of the company so they can sell Account's Receivable solutions to the doctors. Insurance regulations are tedious and many doctors have no clue where to begin to learn them. Currently, each doctor's office needs someone like me to do their dirty work. We all know the meaning of Economy of Scale... This company will be the perfect buyout target of many collection agencies, insurance companies, etc... Look for them to continue to negotiate electronic claim filing contracts with major Insurance carriers... Anyone can get one or two contracts... I would like to see EMED scoop up some claim filing agreements with the BLUES (BC/BS). This is an awsum concept... Combine this with the other divisions, and you have a company that offers complete "on-stop" business consulting service / supplies to every doctor at the touch of a button. Dont expect EMED to stop now... Who Knows, you may even see some government contracts with Health Care Financing Administration to file 4th party Medicare Claims... Can we say "ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE MANAGERS?" WHO SAID HMO's ARE THE ANSWER? EMED CAN ELIMINATE MANY UNECESSARY COSTS "WITHOUT" SACRIFICING PATIENT CARE. GO EMED !!!! KEEP IT SIMPLE STUPID
