Katherine, I'm with you that Tradeum is the primary driver here. Vert rocketed 10% yesterday on that news. Today's 10% gain extends the run. Today's upgrade merely supports the significance of the Tradeum acquisition. With Tradeum, Vert can compete head-to-head with the big boys: arba and cmrc.

Now let's see. arba's market cap is 30B. cmrc's is 20B. vert's is 10B. Up, up and away!!!
