I'll take my ~5 pt gain and cover my short-not bad for ~5 hours-dont get me wrong Tony, I see this pig at <10 by next week, I'm not greedy. Hopefully they can pump this thing to 20 again so I can revisit the downslope:)

ahhhhh.........more OLD info. As I ASSURED you this is nothing new or secret nor nefarious. How many others are you aware of and what are their names? I for one have been VERY public about the fact that Tom Hughes, not ECNC to my knowledge, gave me 10,000 free shares as a gift. It happened last September as I recall and they are restricted shares that will require I file with the SEC to sell them, after one year. Why? I can only speculate and refuse to do so. They were a gift and not for any services rendered, as none were, or for services to be rendered, as none were. Any activity I have undertaken regarding ecnc has been voluntary as a private investor with nothing more than public knowledge. If you even bother to do the least bit of DD on this you will see I have been supportive as well as harshly critical of this company. There was, is and never will be any quid pro quo regarding the gift and my participation in investing in ecnc or posting in any public forum. You will have to ask Mr. Hughes why he gave me the gift.....I simply got the explaination that they were a gift....at the urging of my fellow board members as I considered rejecting them at the time until they insisted otherwise. I ran this past ecnc's attorney at the time. I know you will disagree.....simply because its in your interest to do so. I knew that you would be unable to focus on the company and the fundamentals and would have to resort to personal attacks to acheive your goals. I certainly have not and will not stoop to such a level with you....regardless of what DD I have in that regard. I am clean on this. Have fun all you like with it. This is no secret and no problem. Now.....can you tell me something new. I am the only one I am aware of who received free shares from Mr. Hughes as a gift. There were/are consultants whom I suspect have been paid in shares and/or cash. Who are all the others you are referring to? :-) I repeat....I am not a company employee, official or consultant/contractor. I am a private investor. That has always been the case.
