Anyone have any thoughts on Xerox's lawsuit against PALM?

Sincerely,

John

Looks like move has begun. Over next 18 months I see XRX filling double gap - one in high 30's, one in low 40's. HWP is selling at P/E of 44 with 15% growth rate. XRX will now challenge HWP with faster low end printers. XRX projected EPS growth rate is 12.9%, slightly better than S&P at less than half its p/e. A year from now company may be regarded as having successfully transformed itself from old economy stock to new economy stock. Applying a p/e of 20 to next year's earnings, i get a price target in the 40's, with limited downside risk. biz.yahoo.com
