Diamond Jim--ThinkBach can answer for himself, but I expect that the difference between your ECRP and E-turd posts and mine (which use "bad" language) is that mine are satirical (satirizing the inane posts of you and your friend, Capt. Metric) while yours simply vent your spleen. I can only speak for myself, of course, but your repeated whining gets very tiresome. Rarely, if ever, do you add any DD to this thread--your entire contribution is to complain, bitch, and vent. I can appreciate that you are an unhappy person, for whatever reason, but I don't understand why you feel compelled to make all of us share in your unhappiness.

Jim, I can see by your post that you feel I am being inconsistent, and you feel that I have been unjustly targeting you and USMA for verbal abuse. The fact is I have never really been personally insulted by anyone but you and USMA. Coarse language does not bother me; my kids swear and I swear right along with 'em, and we, apparently, swear right along with the rest of the world. My point has always been against the namecalling directed at me being a member of this board; the namecalling directed at the company I own, and at it's ceo, and the namecalling directed at the others who post here; and the tones of voice used in such directives. The attack has been consistent since December and it is harmful, pollutive, and has introduced a harmful toxicity to this board. Since you and USMA have been the prime instigators of this toxicity, I direct my requests at you. To put it simply, if both of you change the way you talk about us and the company we own, us being ETrade shareholders, I believe that the negative tone of this board will vanish. Most of the regulars here only post negatively in response to an attack. USMA certainly does not wait. The clear example being the absence of KM the past couple of months or so. Despite KM's complete abstinence from posting, USMA has consistently tried to draw her out with insults and aspersions of character, as recently as a week ago. This is typical VAP behavior, a VAP being a Verbal Abuse Pattern. People are verbally abusive for one reason, and that is to get attention. KM is giving USMA no attention. This results in USMA repeatedly attacking her and trying to draw her out. Most people are not as cool-headed as KM, because verbal abuse hurts. I have felt stung many times while reading this board, as I am sure many people have, and probably hundreds from whom we never hear. I believe, personally, we will see a time where this kind of thing is as intolerable as second-hand smoke, especially since the medical evidence for the negative effects of verbal abuse, language toxicity, is accumulating. At any rate, this is why I have directed my comments to USMA, and to you in the past. Yes, you have acted up lately, in unison with USMA, but it is clearly USMA here who is launching the initial attacks and fomenting the real crap. As for your feeling that I am inconsistent, the best I can say is that I am sorry you feel that way. I wish you the best of luck in all that you do...
