My husband worked at a little company (a medical device company as it happens)- the insiders were selling at two- then at 5, by the time the stock got to 17 nobody had much stock left. But they all had new cars. It was sad.

MB, I noticed by far and away the largest seller was an indirect holder. His motivation likely had little to do with the business fundamentals of VSCO.
