Yep, at first one cancels out the other. But then one of them grows more than the other drops (ideally). When you get
scared, you take your profits and repeat (equal amounts).
This tech bubble is able to do anything but stay at the same
level.

At Schwab it's definately not 15K min. I bought 10K awhile back. I think it's worth about 6K right now :(
