ORANGE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 9, 2000--Worldwide Wireless Networks' (OTC BB:WWWN - news) CEO, Jack Tortorice, announced today a teaming agreement with GTE and SMS (System Management Specialists) to implement complete communications systems for government agencies and large business enterprises.

The network solutions being provided to these market segments will offer significant revenue potential for Worldwide Wireless Networks, GTE, and SMS. ``It is our intention to combine data, voice, and network support systems under one management and under one network platform,' said Tortorice. ``This integration will reduce the costs of minutes, data costs per megabit and staffing.
