bought it back in early jan before the reverse split. misery loves company eh... i also bought in my ira acct the same day. i'm f*cked. had a couple successful shorts and sort-term longs to offset. but i'm still in the hole.

since it moves twice as much as Nas100, it is like shorting 30K

Well, that's only partially right, since if the NAZ doubles again and you just shorted 30K of the index with "full margin", you would owe 30K (or be down 60K from the original investment). With the mutual fund, you are only out 15K max no matter how many times the NAZ multiplies (small comfort, I am sure).
