Anyone know why the bid and ask, at $55 and $57, are not changing, but trades are going through between $58 and $60?

Pravin.

Pravin - <I would further assume that these are $1000 Celeron boxes>

Nope. Base configuration is 667 PIII Coppermine w/ 128MB RDRAM. One may evidently upgrade from here if one wishes.

Pravin:

Re: "I would have to bet that the 70,000 computers that Intel is giving to its employees will be coming from Dell. Intel has to find ways to try and keep them happy. HP got the 800 Mhz PIII chips -- Dell gets the box contract. I would further assume that these are $1000 Celeron boxes for an additional 70 million in revenue for Dell. Weren't they short about 300 million in revenue last quarter due to chip shortages?"

Comment: Never really thought about it that way...Does make sense though! Really looking forward to Q1 results to help clear away much of the mist currently in place!
