nothing wrong with double posting. if you got the double post by pressing 'submit twice' then you just experienced a bug... I know how to fix this sort of stuff too.... I'm gonna tell you a true story (the short version): I once had a reservation at the Tropicana in LV. After waiting in a long line to check in (i wasn't vip), I got to the counter. The operator asked me if room x was ok. I said yes. She went to 'submit' the room for me and someone else had it. I explained to her that if they had designed their system properly this wouldn't have happened. I got to speak with the manager. In the end I ended up getting a suite On the top floor for the normal price....
