I am as consistent as an arrow is straight your comments to me in private were in direct opposition to the sort of things you objected to in public that speaks in mild tones to hypocrisy your private life (little directly divulged) may be quietly similar to my openly stated escapades, cloaked in northern propriety behind closed doors, yet possibly ripping at the core of marriage itself... that is your business but to me that speaks volumes to hypocrisy not sure I shared any details of your private life be careful what you say sounds like you are confirming suspicions I express opinions, and you were and are free to oppose your rebuttal arguments were pithy if not nonexistent we got on a bad track regarding north-south women issues I guess deep down, much of your behavior is close to exactly what I despise in northern women what I see as northern women traits: controlling, aggressive, critical, judgmental, ambitious, emasculating, sacrificing family for career, lacking femininity I am out there for sure, a lunatic fringe inhabitant I am as abnormal as the day is long what do you care? if alternative lifestyles of whatever sort are so healthy, so respectable, why do you hide? if their genesis is born of strong crucibles, why do you defend so feebly? as for betraying more past facts, dont worry the fact that I was a radical jerk college drug dealer in the 1970's is distant past the fact that I am a recovering drug addict after 17 years of marijuana abuse, with 13 years of clean days is a feather in my cap the fact that I declared bankruptcy in 1996 after a mere 18 consecutive large losing commodity futures trades might be more amusing than disconcerting the fact that I arrived at Digital Equip Corp over 1000 days stoned on my ass is now an amusement since that company is dead I am an open book you are a shrouded mystery who claims respectability I demand no respectability I am a jackass to the core, the greatest jackass of them all if you like me fine, if you dont fine in AA we have many sayings, among my faves is: "you are as sick as the secrets you keep" thus, I am as healthy as a horse, but a mere boy of 47 years being two-faced overrides most all friendship pacts to me that renders spoken and unspoken meaningless and worthless let it roll off your back, instead of offering the pretense of judging me / jim
