Benny, I have nothing against Checkfree and I believe they will be a force for years to come. (I do own it) I can only tell you that in the B2B bill presentment space, they are not there yet. I can only tell you to read carefully the announcements and look for the pieces that are not specific. Again, my belief is that the complete space has not been offered yet. Look for first to market to complete the cycle. It is the same with Ariba and Commerce One, the total solution is not there. I can not say who will win in the end, it will be the one that fills the gaps first, brings in the most billers, and proves the product. I do work in this space and really can not say any more, other than it is all still up for grabs. It will be an exciting 6 months to see who does come out the winner. My comment was only to caution that the gorilla can not be declared at this point.

Benny, my whole issue with this segment of the market is that every ASP based software business model that is focused on eProcurement of MRO/nonMRO product, from ARBA/CMRC to ITWO, will eventually offer the same value proposition that a Checkfree could ever hope to offer. Once these businesses lock business channel partners into the ERP systems of their clients, Checkfree and TransPoint become irrelevant. Just my opinion as usual, Teflon
