What do you mean by " TSSW will need to increase its
net working capital to $25 million to conduct an OTC IPO."
Does this mean that the current shares would be traded on the OTC NASDAQ again? Would the current shares would retain their value or would there be some sort of reverse split?

looks like ebld is close to nasdaq listing e has been added to there symbol. this would bring higher share price (hopeful) thus increasing tssw's value.
I would think tcg would move to get nasdaq listed asap and possibally have a secondary offering to increase the float
and increse working capital,last time i checked tssw had only about 1300 shareholders, if that is still the case it is a area that needs attention if we expect growth and/or
inst. coverage.
