Looking at COML this looks like a great investment in a breakthrough product that is very much in investors
sights nowdays.
However the volume on this stock and the amount of information being put out by management is
non-existant., The company seems well on it's way to having a manufacturing facility and management team
in place and there continue to be rumours of patent approval, further financing and possible listing on a Us
Exchange (Nasdaq- makes nsense since they have located their offices and most of the new senior
management personnel there.)

So why the dry volume and stagnant price. Is it possible some people are accumulating this stock prior to the
upcoming announcements? Can anyone provide insider trading reports on this company?

Is this down-turn in the stock just a shake of the tree or an opportunity for family and friends to load up prior to announcement of IPO or private placement??

It's been quite a while since COML has issued any news on the planned IPO for E-umedik. There were some rumours regarding a Nasdaq shell being the vehicle for listing E-umedik in the US. Any further news, rumours or info regarding this. The stock seem to have a solid support at the $1.00-$1.25 level for now any further developments at E-umedik will definatly bring this stock into play.
