the cpu actually only works a fraction of the time a computer runs And it is out to lunch the rest of the time? Skeets, dude, please now! Next you will say the O/S has been slacking since it got dumped by its memoryfriend. Even Windows needs the CPU to be working all the time. Sheesh!
