Who else launders money? The answer is people who have
stolen it in large quantities. Rumor has it that Russia is
regular fire hydrant for stolen money seeking a clean identity.
This was crystallized in the court cases surrounding the Bank of
New York. And there is a lot to beef about because according to
today's New York Times, $7 billion of suspect Russian funds have
moved through the Bank of New York. Now we are getting to the
bottom of this.

I come back to the basic point that there wouldn't be so
much Russian money to launder if the Clinton administration
hadn't botched-up Russia. The game plan for a long time was that
we could neutralize the forces of evil by supporting the decrepit
regime of a decrepit president, Boris Yeltsin, and by spraying
tons of money on Russia.
