Attn: Anton Wahlman, Warburg Dillon Read You need to address the issue of the strong buy rating on VRTA in comparison to the strong buy on AWRE. You must either downgrade VRTA based on valuation or increase AWRE's target price. Here is why........... VRTA announced new DSL chips with no customers mentioned!!!!! AWRE last October announced INTEL will LICENSE their software for use in future DSL products!!!!! What else needs to be said. And I do not believe for one minute VRTA told you anything firm about future commitments. You need to address this. It is the right thing to do and you will be greatly rewarded in the future for doing something now. Oh, you could wait and make the call later, but you will not escape without egg on your face.
