Richard, Companies that are going to be hit with rising interest rates are companies with debt. The semis are the best plays for rising interest rate markets( the same thing happened in 1994) because of their cash flow abilities ie. they have the money in their pockets before the money is spent on costs for producing their products. It doesn't get much better than that.
