Harold,

EGAM: Nosey me. I know you asked Sergio about EGAM, but I just had to take a look too. Hope you don't mind.

In reading the SEC filing (most recent) and the article Sergio posted. #1 if Hasbro Interactive gets enforcement on the cease and desist order EGAM has no product left, or at least a greatly reduced product. Their supplier of product is the other company named in the lawsuit.

#2 on the FA side. They have a little over 4 million in capital and just extended their credit from 1MM to 1.5MM good till Oct. 00. They burned over 400k last Q keeping the doors open and are having trouble getting paid from one of their large customers. They have collected about 75% of the money and "the checks in the mail" for the rest. (not good) #3 Since they have gone out on their own, now they have to take on the "returns" which was larger than the prior Q (why) "returns" means not working, not satisfied etc. (also means refunds).

The article also said that they expect to be in 10k stores by Xmas...very aggressive for a company with 4MM in capital and 1.5MM in credit.

Games software is very quick to lose following as there is something new almost everyday. Ask AKLM software.

I'd pass Harold. There are much better fish in this ocean to play.
