Yes but I've got to be honest there are better buys out there. Mostly people sell puts to collect premium, and it's better to do so currently on a stock that is more volatile than QCOM has been, which has been basing in a trading range. Howeve,r I guess it can be dangerous. I'm underwater currently on AFFX 260 puts. I may sell some more...tomorrow. It has gone down from 320 to 258 in just a few days. I sold on the way down. The premiums are terrific. It's a wild chart if you look at the money flo in particular.
