Mitchell is probably designing the next "How can I hack off BizWire" Scam

Actually, with April 1 fast approaching again I'm trying to figure out how best to get sued this time around. Any suggestions?

Pat: I'm actually in the middle of moving my family back East. I took a position last fall within my company which allowed me to move back to Philly area to be closer to family. Both grandmothers are thrilled to death. I haven't lived in the Philly area since 1986 so it should be interesting to say the least.

We ended up buying a house in Bucks County and we close end of April/beginning of May time frame.

Take care and I'll check in from time to time

Hi Pat. Thanks for the invite. I return bearing distressing news. Tokyo Mex has a slick spread in the April 2000 issue of "Worth" magazine, with three full-page photos of him (including a photo of him as the background for the table of contents!), mostly literally blowing smoke. He does have a nice white Lamborghini, but very impractical sunglasses. The accompanying article (3 pages) recounts his rise and recent stumble. It doesn't help his image, but I'm disappointed "Worth" would kill this many trees in his name. Anthony Elgindy's critical comments are included. The article is not yet online.

Mr. Park's PR agent is doing a great job. There's no such thing as bad publicity, if publicity is what you seek.

Thanks for the XACT tip on this board, Andrew. I sold already, apparently too soon, but it made me money. I'm only recently actively back in the market, since October. Mostly I'm doing short-term position trades in DAL and CAL. I figure if they turn against me at any time, they reliably will come back.

CAL (Continental Airlines) was up 12% Tuesday, down 9% yesterday, and is up 7% so far today.
