I must continue to disagree <ggg>. The techs would laugh and roar back even stronger. Now people may think Greenspan can raise rates to infinity but he can not. If he raises .5 and he can not stop the NAZ then what does he do for an encore, raise .75 or 1.0 in May. Can he just keep raising rates to say 10% inorder to "get" the NAZ. At what point does it become blatantly obvious to the casual observer that these rate hikes have nothing to do with the economy and everything to do with proving Alpha-male dominance over the NAZ. <ggg> We all know the G-man can cause the economy to tank; he did that in '87, '91 and '94 by tightening too much. IMHO
