<< I found this company but i am not sure if this is the right one>>

It seems to be the right one, unless there are two Javad K. Hassans. From a press release at the web site you provided:

NeST opens office in Middle East :

(October 1, 1998) Network Systems and Technologies
(NeST), yesterday signed an agreement with the Sheikh
Faisal Establishments in Doha to form the NeST Middle
East Corporation, with Doha as its base. The agreement
was signed between Sheikh Faisal bin Fahd bin Jassem Al
Thani, director of the Sheikh Faisal Establishments, and
Javad K. Hassan, chairman of the NeST Technologies.

I read through the information about NeST and it describes itself as a software development company growing at 300% a year by serving companies that wish to outsource that function. There is nothing to indicate that it has any experience in manufacturing.

From the thread header:

"Under the terms of the arrangement, the Company's manufacturing staff and inventory were transferred to Nestronics. In return, the Company received a commitment from Nestronics to manage and supply all the Company's manufacturing requirements for a three year period under an agreed upon pricing formula."
