m as far as being legit is concerend they file already, just waiting for the nod now from the SEC, as for OTC??? well IMO Another week or two asnd DSNY qualifies for NAS.

According to my calculations DSNY could get the go ahead ANY TIME for OTC:BB listing...and I understand the turnaround time once approved is about 24-48 hours.
