Thanks Judy. You bring up an interesting issue. When I tried logging in with a wrong password, IQChart let me in without giving any error messages and then it gives messages saying that database access is only for registered users only when I try to access some charts or some other data. Anyway as you had mentioned, I read during registration that real time will be effective after 2 business days, but I don't even get the delayed charts. I used the right username and password. Hope that also gets rectified in 2 business days. I have sent email to support also. You had mentioned that you had signed up for over a year. Do you like it? Thanks for your help.
