I thought that Goldman Sachs sale was completed February 15. You can't blame them for taking some profits (although at much lower levels). If their position gets too large, they will reduce. There are probably lots of others waiting for the opportunity to get.
I am still optimistic short term as people realize in that note that weakness is really a buying opportunity.
