(Nasdaq: FILE), a leader in Web content management and eBusiness applications, today announced that the Saudi Arabian branch of Lucent Technologies (NYSE: LU) has chosen FileNET's Panagon(TM) software for a Web-based information management system that will be deployed nationwide.

Lucent Technologies has awarded the design and implementation of its Web Content Management system to FileNET's ValueNET(R) Business Partner DataServe & Turnkey Solutions Co. (DataServe). DataServe will help Lucent consolidate millions of documents from several applications into a single Web Content Management system to improve control and management of its information across its four offices in the Kingdom via its corporate intranet.
