K.Kornelson, I think I need to clarify what I said. At 0.25 per share ARET has a MARKET CAP equal to approximately 15% of a full fledged national builder of medium and high end homes (Kaufman and Broad Homes - KBH on the NYSE).

Question is whether that market cap is justified? Share price of 0.25 may sound too low but with the number of shares outstanding it makes the company valued at some $140 Million dollars. Would you or anyone pay $140 Million dollars for this company? WOuld you pay more or less if you had the money?
