Batman was on CNBC saying it was time to start targeting for NAZ 6000 (now that his 5000 target was reached)." The Greenman was on the tube the other week saying he thinks equity appreciation should mirror income growth or about 6.5%. So if you believe the Greenman, either the "new" economy stocks have to give something back or the "old" economy stocks will get hit even harder to make up for the excesses in the "new" economy stocks. And if you believe Batman and the Ralphie, you must have concluded that the Greenman is a powerless wimp. And I believe that is the conclusion of most Nasdaq rabid bulls.

Note that Joe Battapaglia predicted the NASDAQ out performance last year and into this year. Joe was right on this where many other guru's failed to predict this relative out performance by the NASDAQ. Also note that Joe Batatapaglia was on NBR last night and told Suzie that the DJIA would out perform the NASDAQ in the coming months. (many think the Green Man will not have to work that hard to slow the economy ...or... perhaps engineers at Boeing and others will quickly find higher paying jobs?) regards Kirk out
