Mr. Jim, the long term goal with this type of company is to get the customers before the competition does.

Once a customer has chosen, it is difficult to have the customer switch horses. It is rather time consuming & costly to switch, wouldn't you agree?

The priority is to get the customer base, expand geographically, achieve horizontal growth with complimentary companies and then let the profitable package show itself.

Right on schedule!

Of course you already know this. Now we wait.

Diamond Jim--as for the price EGRP's stock, I'm ahead (on paper) 250% since I bought the stock on December 1, 1998. That's a damn good return in my book, I don't know about yours.

And as far as CC's salary goes, I've noted here several times that I agree with you. Let me say it again: I AGEE WITH YOU! The only difference between you and me on that issue is that you seem to believe that there is some utility in your constantly bitching and whining about it.
