I reentered my SMTC position. Looking at the numbers this company has been producing leads me to believe it is undervalued and should be trading in the mid 70s at the low end. Solid earnings, great revenue growth and terrific return on equity are just the beginning. Excellent products and approach, IMO.

I've been tracking/trading the company since it was trading at $3.50 share. siliconinvestor.com

I am curious if anyone else is watching the company, and if so, what their opinion is on the current action. We saw sell-on-news rock the stock and it has rebounded nicely. Recent retracement has allowed me to reenter. Will add more if we drop below $60/share, which I don't believe will happen.

I still believe that VTSS and CNXT are buys here. In the not too distant future they will blow past the $100/share level and never look back. I think it's only a matter of time.
