No, I don't know the float, but here's some rough figures. I'm waiting for the next Form 61 to come out, should be shortly. Rough calculations suggest shares outstanding to be about 90 MM. A lot of those are held by insiders. About 60% by previous shareholders of Look and about 40% by previous holders of I.D. Internet Direct. (The figure of 90 MM was derived from IDX's shares o/s (~36MM) as 40% of the total).

As Look was a private company, that 60% will still all be in the hands of insiders, and if we assume that at least half of the remaining 40% was in the hands of insiders then we can deduce that the public float is no bigger than 20% or 18MM.

Keep in mind that I'm no securities expert and may be completely off base with these calcuations for any number of reasons.
