Like yourself Jim, I hope these questions are answered by the end of the month. As some of the lead posters have suggested at SH and RB, there will likely be a tie-in between the financial statement and some sort of equity deal with one of the first tier players. Infowave could even throw in an announcement about the Nasdaq listing just for good measure. Wouldn't that make our day?

Nasdaq listings or "Q" as you refer to it always seems to take more time than originally thought. I am in another stock right now that has also applied for NASDAQ listing and still waiting.
