LAS VEGAS, March 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Affordable Homes of America, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: AHOA) ("Affordable Homes") announces the letter of intent
to purchase tonnage of Z Mix for housing in Laughlin, Nevada. Affordable
Homes received the following letter Thursday afternoon in their Las Vegas
offices. It is replicated in its entirety.

LETTER OF INTENT TO PURCHASE TONNAGE OF ZMIX
(Construction Composite Material for Residential Housing Construction)

Dear Sir(s):

"It is with great pleasure that we announce our selection of primary
building materials for the residential portion of the Laughlin Planned
Community 3000 Residential Units. Your Zmix Composite material has been
selected due to its properties and cost saving features and our aggregate
volume quote for the Composite material to be delivered in a just-in-time
delivery format is USD $27,000,000 CIF on site.
"Our formal Purchase Contract will follow this Letter of Intent Shortly
and development construction is expected to begin within 45 days. We have
been given assurance that you will be issued a Performance Bond for Delivery
and our firm will in turn provide a Performance Bond on the Purchase Contract
to Affordable Homes of America.
"The site development will consist of an Industrial Park, Gaming and Hotel
area, and a 3,000 Unit Planned Residential Development in which we will use
the Zmix Composite Material for Structural Construction.
"We thank Phoenix International for their work in arranging this
transaction and as the authorized purchasing agent and project managers for
River Walk Development and Sprit Mountain Group LLC we are pleased to extend
this letter of intent and look forward to a long and productive relationship
with your firm."
