Patrick:

AV has taken some well deserved quiet time. Should be back next week.

Not a SS original but have been around long enough to remember post to Judy regarding your style / background (mid 97).

Hope all is well. I don't trade the indexes so never been on your trading thread.

On stocks for stock swap.
1) IFMX - software database competing with ORCL and IBM and now even Ralphie likes it.
2) ESST - for AV. Its a semi and net company.
3) VLNC - a battery maker that should do well as we all go wireless.

#1& #2 have earnings with 1 out of favor and 2 still undiscovered. #3 is speculative but it has no earnings (this will be its 1st qtr with revenues) which means it will triple from here before its bubble bursts.

Tim

*AV*--Hey, was my wife talking to you? From 3/08 to 3/12 we WERE on vacation in the mountains of Colorado snowmobiling and trying to injure ourselves. No stock research since we were in "exit stage left mode."

Its real hard to do stock research without Internet access.

Besides, most of us are drwoing in our XACT profits from the $17-$19 range over the past few weeks. we beat the merger announcement by a few days and were talking about it since late January. Then again, VOYN was also taken over and it was the prime reason we got into that stock to begin with.

Right now, I am enjoying the downtime this correction is providing us and trying to get current on Stock Swap.

AV

BTW - just got to Peter's post and this one hasn't timed out yet. So, Peter, you are wuitr welcome for the XACT "tip" even though it was calculated science<GGG>.
